Cooking with BRIANNAS Cilantro Lime Dressing

Cooking with BRIANNAS Cilantro Lime Dressing

A couple months ago I was contacted to see if I'd be interested in previewing a new dressing for a local Texas company. Since I love anything Texas, I of course jumped at the opportunity. I actually did not know it was the amazing BRIANNAS Dressings until my package came in the mail. To say I was excited is a gross understatement. I was already such a huge fan! I've been addicted to their poppy seed dressing for years. My preview was for the upcoming Cilantro Lime Dressing and it is amazing. But you know me, having it as dressing wasn't enough, I needed to transform it! So here are three recipes I made using this terrific dressing!

Avocado Cilantro Lime Dip

Ingredients

2 ripe avocados

2-4 tablespoons BRIANNAS Cilantro Lime Dressing

Juice of one lime

Salt to taste

Method

This is almost a fancier and super tasty guac. The dressing gives it a creamy and a little bit sweet kick. Mix all the ingredients up and enjoy. We had it with tacos and just with chips.

Green Chili Cilantro Lime Sauce

1/2 cup cooked green chilies - I cook mine and freeze them during chili season but canned ones work just as good

1/8 cup BRIANNAS Cilantro Lime Dressing

1/2 cup Greek Yogurt

1/2 cup melted Pepperjack Cheese

Method:

Melt the cheese and then mix the ingredients up. I used this as a topping for a chicken cauliflower pizza. I had previously made this using mayo instead of the dressing but the dressing really added flavor especially with the cilantro. It could be used as a sauce or as a dip with crackers.

Creamy Cilantro Jalapeño Sauce

Ingredients

1 bunch cilantro with stems removed

2 jalapenos with stems removed

1/2 tsp dill

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp onion powder

1 cup greek yogurt

1/8-1/4 cup BRIANNAS Cilantro Lime Dressing

Method

Super easy! Put everything in a blender and blend until smooth. Chill and serve or use as a sauce for enchiladas, nachos, anything! This is actually an alternative take on the Jalapeño Ranch Dip served at Chuys and it is great!

I had so much fun testing these recipes and just playing in the kitchen. Hope you all enjoy!

Happy Cooking!
